As some residents may be aware, preparation of a Neighbourhood Plan for the Parish has recently restarted after having been postponed for several years, mainly due to the issues around the Local Plan and the Garden Village. Neighbourhood Plans are an opportunity for a Parish to put forward its wishes as to the things that matter to them, such as the quantity and form of development they might be willing to see and what assets they would like to protect. A working group of 12 residents is preparing the plan and we hope to be able to publish something later this year.

As part of preparing the Neighbourhood Plan we have been working on a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) for the parish. A draft of this is attached - see link below
